HEALING: When you have no time to... consider this…
'I have no time to...' These words have become a familiar refrain in my clinic over the years, echoing the sentiments of countless individuals who seek help in navigating the complexities of chronic and persistent symptoms and feelings. As a naturopath with over 29 years of experience, I've witnessed the toll that our modern, fast-paced lives can take on our well-being. Patients often arrive at my clinic, ready to make changes and prioritise their health, yet weighed down by the seemingly insurmountable demands of their daily routines.
While many have embarked on a journey towards better health, there are still those who find themselves stuck at a crossroads, overwhelmed by the ceaseless demands of life. These are the individuals who continue to utter those familiar words: 'I have no time to...'

In this newsletter, I want to explore the concept of time, or the perceived lack thereof, as a barrier to health care and self-care. It's a subject that resonates deeply with me, as I've witnessed both the transformative power of prioritising one's well-being and the challenges that can hinder this essential journey.
For those who still find themselves caught in the web of busyness, feeling as if time slips through their fingers, this exploration is dedicated to you.
