I hope this finds you happy & well.

I’m away

I want to inform you that I will be away from the first week of October until the first week of November. I will be contactable via email for urgent needs or for those on my protocols. During this period, my wonderful assistants, Heidi and Brooke, will be in the Store & Clinic, providing you with care, support, and replenishing your supplements, herbs, and tisanes as required. Additionally, Anne-Marie will be acting as my locum naturopath, available for both new patients and existing patients needing check-ins. Heidi will also be available for nutrition consultations.

New store & clinic reception hours

• Tuesday to Friday - 9:30am to 4pm.

• Saturday - 9:30am to 1:30pm.

• Closed - Sundays & Mondays.

Consultations outside of these hours are available.

Special store & clinic closures

The store & clinic will be closed on Thursday, 5th October and Friday, 6th October, and will reopen again on Saturday, 7th October. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Consult Fee Increase - Effective 6th November 2023

We genuinely value your health and are deeply committed to delivering comprehensive holistic health care. Our dedication encompasses taking the time to consult with you, gather and review results, prepare protocols, and address your questions. Furthermore, our commitment extends to supporting you before, during, and after your treatment journey.

The decision to implement a fee increase, after more than 7 years, reflects my expertise and over 29 years of clinical experience. It also takes into account the extensive support provided by my assistants, who answer all your questions and provide clarification along the way. The time we invest in you helps us deliver the very best support and care - a commitment we value on your healing journey. This adjustment aims to align the fees with the value of the services offered and our unwavering commitment to your health and well-being, providing you with the highest standard of care.

Please note for now: We do not charge separately for services such as reviewing results before we meet, protocol preparation, clinical assistance, or addressing simple questions. All these essential services are comprehensively included within your consultation fees, which also covers my time.
